Chardonnay, wooded
Oak plays an important but subtle role in this Chardonnay with the varietal characters enhanced by an array of winemaking techniques to ensure complexity.
As a young wine it displays a rich amalgam of melon, fig and citrus fruit, finely balanced with vanillin oak. There are hints of butterscotch and roasted nuts from malolactic fermentation and barrel maturation. Bottle ageing is rewarded with increased richness and peaches, cream and buttered toast characters intensify.

Chardonnay, unwooded

Zibbibo

Cabernet Sauvignon

Cabernet Sauvignon / Shiraz / Merlot
This wine is blended to capture all the elegant fruit character that Rose Creek has to offer in a wine that drinks best relatively young.
